Alright, so we had a few takers on the April Challenge, and I know that I was quite happy with my results. So, it's a new month, we'll be starting a bit late - but does anyone have any reccomendations for our May challenge? I'm open to pretty much anything, but I am not sure if you would like to do the same things again, especially since it's supposed to be a challenge - it should be something new that will put our bodies to the test.
