The scale is moving in the right direction again! Woo hool funny it is happening during recovery week but I'm FINALLY below where I was when I started insanity! I this my 50lb mark today so happy! Now to keep going!:)

    that is such great news! i hope i get good news this weekend but not expecting it, the way i've been eating. my hope is that i can at least see some results the second month of insanity, even if i have to wait until i'm almost done to see it.
