Clearly I won't make my goal of 240 this month, but after 3 weeks of basically no loss, I cut way back on my sodium and started losing again. Yay!0 -

I didn't meet my goal of 240, but now that I've drastically reduced my sodium intake, the scale and I are buddies again. I'm going to shoot for my usual 10 lbs. in June, and if I come close I'll be happy. Only 14 lbs. from the halfway mark!0 -
