I have just been starving all day. And yet Im eating enough calories so far.

So, What do you eat when you can't get full and you don't want to over your calorie limit?

I find that if I don't spread out my protein intake throughout the day I am hungry and not full. The laughing cow cheese wedges (35 calories, 2gm protein) with celery or veggies is great!

I will snack on veggies and hummus or I will make a protein shake (it is a little higher on calories (abount 150), but it fills me up).

I had that problem on Tues (remember my grumps?) but not many options right at hand. Ended up going with Peppermint Tea (or other herbal tea, so that it counts as "water") and 2 rice cakes.

Someone suggested to me it might be a "not enough protein " response, and protein should always be mixxed with carbs, so maybe the Laughing Cow cheese spread on celery stjcks?

The main thing is probably to find zero-to-low cals with bulk (like celery, air-popped popcorn etc ) or fill up the cracks with warm water or "counts as water" type tea

Sometimes feeling "hungry" is actually a "need water!!" signal.

If you have a portobello mushroom cap, they are VERY filling!
