Yesterday, my fiance and I started working out, together! Today slightly sore muscles and a weigh in but we are doing it, together, and that is great. And he remembers to kiss me whenever he feels the need to, just to remind me that he loves me.
Today, my cubicle mate shared a joke and good news about a family member and I was happy that she felt okay to share with me. we spend alot of time at work, so it's good that we get along.
also, i remembered to smile at folks today in the office and someone shared with me, that my "hello" really made her day! The 3rd thing is that I have a job that allows me flexibility to get to the gym.
