One a day is totally fine, but if you want to do more, that's cool too. Right now I am just doing one plank of about a minute but I may work my way up to 2 planks of 2 minutes each by the end of the month but the idea is to do a simple plank and not make it too complicated or too much of a time commitment so that we (I!) actually do them.0
