I don't think it will do much good - how will anyone be caught anyway? What is helping are the striped "class 1" bike lanes that give cyclists designated places to ride.

Sounds great in practice, but how on earth will it be upheld; cyclists word against a motorists surely?

Every cyclist will have to have a video camera running at all times whilst they're riding, just in case...
