For anyone who wants to document the effects of this challenge, this is a reminder to take a "before" pic ASAP or some "before" measurements. Feel free to post here if you like, or you can post both the before and after in 30 days.

    Ok, I braved it and took my measurements. Oh holy moly, not a measurement that I usually track but it seemed much larger than I remembered. Maybe that is a sign that I should be measuring...

    Around my belly button: 33

    I still haven't figured out what to wear for a picture and it's such an unattractive sight that perhaps it is better if I don't...
