So what macronutrient percentages do you all follow?

I am skinny fat have been for most of my adult life. Afraid of calories etc etc. I read several places if you do weights and work out you should eat 40-40-20. For me at net it is like 150 grams of protein and carbs! Wow! Kinda scared of that number!

Technically, you shouldn't go by percentages. Your body needs a certain amount of fats and proteins to function. There are sites you can find out how much of each you should be eating. From what I remember, you should eat .5-1g of fat per lb of lean body mass per day, and about 1g of protein per lb of lean body mass. You can also find out how much lean body mass you have from having a body fat test done or using a website, which can only give you a rough estimate. As for carbs, they are extra. You fill in the rest of your calorie goal with carbs after your fat and protein are taken care of. Don't be afraid of calories. Eating more can lead to weight loss, if you eat healthy. There are plenty of threads on this topic.
