Does anyone know of a bootcamp held on sundays? i would like to try it out and also take my daughter with me. I have a home gym and i workout about 6X week and i cant seem to help get my daughter motivated enough to join me. She finds it boring working out at home. maybe if i get her outside for a bootcamp she might like it. I have an MFP friend here locally who is thinking of starting one. I just sent her invite to join group.
