    Hey, I tried again and watched your video. I enjoyed your workout with the hoola hoop. You certainly get an all around BODY workout. Great job. I'm going to try to incorporate some of your moves into my routine.
    Last night we went to an elementary school talent show. One of the young girls did a hoola hoop routine. She did an amazing job!!
    The smile on her face was priceless. You could tell she thoroughly enjoyed hoola hooping.
