Quick question about bench press position of the bar in relation to breasts.
So if you have a large chest- you know that when you lay down they move up toward your neck, just happens. So when benching, a lot of the fitness videos have women with small chests and they say go to the rise of the breasts. This would put my barbell lowering about even with my armpit if not a little closer to my face. I started going below the rise, closer to the band of my bra- this puts the barbell around a handswidth lower than my armpit give or take half an inch. Is that wrong somehow? I still feel my pecs activate but want to make sure I'm not screwing something up here.
Did a search on the internet and youtube....you don't want to know the things I've found.

I'll see if I can find it again, but the one I saw said just BELOW the breasts.
Ok, this isn't the one I was looking for, but it's pretty clear:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3RGE5TsyyE
The bar should be near the bottom of the sternum, under the breasts.0 -
Thank you!!!
The only things I could find were people saying 'breast area', one dude who had shoved two canteloupes up his shirt and one other video that surely violated the TOS of youtube. Surely.0 -

I touch the bar to my breasts...I was also told not to lock my elbows. And I'm also careful not to let my wrists break.
Here's my latest bench video. I'm shameless...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcD6FOKvrIY
