Not aming to fight, but I do have a teen who has had his first amature fight so always looking for stuff that will help him, and I'm a total UFC fan. Ronda Rousy is my hero but I want to look like Misha Tate! My main regieme is stronglifts 5x5 current stats are:
Squats 130- last attempt before deloading is tonight, but I got all 5 last time just form was questionable.
Bench- 95- same as above except I think this is my 2nd attempt
Rows- 95- same as benches
OHP-60
Deads- going for 145 tonight, unfortunately doing benches and deads bc I messed up and did OHP on press day! doh!
Oh and I'm 5'4" and 52 female. Sometimes I shadow box for cardio or hit the heavy bag and sometimes I hold pads for either my spouse or my son. Mother of 5 the youngest is 6. Hoping to start a true cutting cycle at the end of may and will gladly accept advice on how to best do this w/out losing strength.
