Oh, what to do?

Staying home with two of my kids I feel that I do not have the time to work out....or the energy. I need suggestions on ways that I can raise my energy level...my 6 month old and two month old really wear me out. Plus, having my kids relatively close together I did not have much of a time period to lose weight from one pregnancy before gaining from another. I can use some thoughts on how to lose that weight effectively. I go walking with a friend of mine with the kids but it is always a short walk due to one of them getting irritated.

    So sorry for the delay! geez i feel terrible!!!! but I never got a notification that you posted! So weird!!!
    Anyways... your kids are how old? I'm pretty sure you didn't mean to say 2 months and 6 months. I started walking w/the jogger stroller, then went on to walk / jog , then jogging. and if my daughter got upset, she usually cried herself to sleep, she was very well behaved in the stroller though. I didn't have many issues w/her though.

    have you tried pilates? It's a littler easier than yoga. I started w/that after my pregnancy. I love home workout dvd's... that's what I use primarily!
