Just thought I would share this.. After Shaun beats the crap out of you for the first two weeks of month 2, on the last day of week 2 he takes you back to core cardio and balance. I must say... what a mental boost! After getting killed for the past 11 days I felt like I flew through the 37 minutes. Was a great feeling to see and feel how much my fitness has improved in just 2 weeks. Look forward to it guys.... well that's if you haven't gotten there yet. Best of luck to all of you!

i am looking forward to that, let me tell you. i have just started month 2 and i'm not giving up but those workouts are really a beat down... today is cardio conditioning and then jsut the recovery workout until i have seen them all...0
