I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16 years old and am now 30 years old. I didn't know anything about it at the time and from what I know there wasn't that much known about it either. I was told to take Vitamin E for the cysts that I got and to cut out caffeine and that would help. Well I have done that for years and I still have problems i.e. facial hair, overweight, ect. I cannot take the metformin to help me lose weight because I am hypoglycemic which is my blood sugar runs low and I feel that it wouldn't help that much either. I have a doctor's appointment coming up and I am going to ask about something for removing the hair on my face and lower stomach and about taking something like a vitamin b complex to help with a energy boost so that I can exercise longer without feeling like I am going to collapse. This is just a little bit of my story that I thought I could share there is a whole lot more to me than just what you have here but I thought this would be a start. I am new on here I have only been on for about a week but so far I am liking it. Happy times everyone! Remember that no matter how low you feel you can always come on here for cheering up!
