Hi, all. I"m 50+ with 50+ to lose and am looking forward to supporting and receiving support from those who have gone before me.
I lost 22 pounds three years ago w/calorie king and gained back all but five. I'm determined to keep the needle (digital number?) moving down.
I'm an ESL teacher, married w/2 sons in college, and have a great dog. Hope to add some friends, too. Friends were essential to my loss on CK
