    Beginning MD challenge weight: 172.5
    April 2 weight: 171
    April 9 weight: 168.5
    April 16 weight: 167
    April 23 weight: 165.5
    April 30 weight: 164

    May 7 weight: 162 (2 lbs lost this week, total since challenge start 10.5 lbs)

    MD goal: 163 (oh my gosh, I actually went 1 pound past my goal, and still have 3 weeks to go!)

    The last time I was this low was in September 2008!

    cw: 147.7. I lost 1.1 lbs. Yay. that is down 12 lbs since the challange started. Yay baby!!!!

    Got a new scale that weighs me 3.5 pounds heavier than the old scale. I actually I lost 2 pounds this week, but going by the new scale I'll be using here on out, I'm up 0.7 for the week.

    8.8 lbs lost so far- 2.4 left til goal. I will be thrilled to merely break that 140 barrier! The next couple of weeks are going to be a challenge because my neighbor's hot water heater burst and flooded my first floor! (I live in a townhouse and got all of her water!) So I currently have no kitchen with no end in sight!!! In the end though I will hopefully have a prettier kitchen:)
