Anyone lifting more then 3x a week?

Since I am done long distance running training ( just ran a 10 mile race today) I am going to not run as much and focus only on SL as my main exercise BUT it will seem too easy/simple to only life 3x a week for under an hour !

along with SL, I'm also doing crossfit minimum once, sometimes twice a week. It may be a metcon, or it may be lifting. So I can qualify for more than just the stronglifts program.0

3x/week is really all you need for strength training with weights - Here is a site you can use that gives you other options as well though:

Yeah, as it gets heavy, it's not so easy. Rest is important.
If you want to add in light cardio on a couple of off days though, that's probably fine.0 -
