Hey Guys-it seems my last post got deleted, but I wanted to know what y'all are up to this week!
Here are my plans:
M: 46-48 minute run (if it fits in, tomorrow is nuts)
T: Swim am
W: Spin and weights and pm fitness test (ugh)
Th: Swim am bike and run intervals (weather contingent) or just run pm
F: Swim/spin am and yoga pm
S: Break day or run
Sun: Break day or swim
What are you guys up to?

Looks like a great week! My plan is:
Monday: 60 min spin
Tuesday: swim training PM
Wednesday: short run, weights, spin
Thursday: swim 1K
Friday: personal trainer followed by mtb trail ride
Saturday: swim training AM
Sunday: road bike 15K
This is one of my first weeks that I will be doubling up workouts in the day so I'm excited! Only one month til my very first tri!

Wednesday: Swim 45 minutes AM, bike and run PM
Thursday: Swim 30 minutes, weights AM, Bike & run PM
Friday: Swim 30 minutes & stationary bike 30 minutes AM, NO PM....Traveling out of town
Saturday: Mountain run and lake swim
Sunday: lake swim
I'll be at my parents place outside of Brevard, NC this weekend. It is VERY hilly (mountains), so any runs I do will be killer. There is a huge lake there that I am going to swim in. I haven't done an open water swim yet, so it will be good to get the chance to try. It's going to be COLD though. My parents went swimming this weekend in it and said it was SO COLD. Can't wait!0 -
Got stuck on the trainer yesterday for my long ride. Damn near went crazy. Looking forward to some outdoor time.
M- 2200 y recovery swim, weights
T- 1:20:00 Z1 ride, 45 min Z1 run
W- 35 min recovery run, 3k in the pool (1k buoy, 1k paddles, 1k swim)
Th- 1:20:00 interval ride
F- Long run Z1, Long recovery ride
S- Off
Su- Sweat Test (2hr)0 -
Still working on getting my morning workouts in. I've succumbed to the idea that 4:30am exists on my clock, but it's still posing somewhat of a challenge to actually get up. Making progress in this aspect though.
Monday - Run PM
Tuesday - Run AM, swimming lessons PM (hey if anything else at least it's an hour of dedicated pool time)
Wednesday - CrossFit PM
Thursday - Swim AM
Friday - Swim AM, Bike Run Brick PM
Saturday - Long out of town ride with some hills
Sunday - Swim AM, CrossFit PM0 -
Wednesday-Swim/Bike Brick 1 and half hours
Thursday-Bike 1 hour 15 minutes 45 minute run, slow pace
Friday-2,500 meter swim, 1 hour speed workout running
Saturday-1300 meter swim, 40 mile bike, 1 mile run
Sunday-8 mile run, 1 mile walk0
