    Hi everyone! Day 22!!! That is awesome! I finished my shred and started Ripped in 30 today. I like it! I just sneezed and my body hurt, so I guess that means it is working. ha ha I will measure tonight and post my results on 30 Day Shred. I hardly lost any weight (maybe 2-3 pounds) but lost some inches from everywhere.
    Keep it up, everyone! We've got this!

    A new week and that much closer to finishing our challenge! I am scheduled for JMBR workout 3. I tweaked my knee yesterday, on a rest day, go figure. So I may just go with JM 6 week Abs to avoid all those knee ripping exercises today.

    I missed Sat & Sunday! So, I am now behind but I will keep going. 30 DS Level 2, Day 8.
  • Done it but my heart wasn't in it. Putting on a swimsuit this weekend though and that kept me going. Keep it going. :happy:

    Got my Level 3 Day 5 in 30 DS! Plus added a HIIT workout :) Happy day 22 everyone!!

    Morning!!

    Did the full NMTZ. But phoned it in from time to time and It was rough towards the end. I am so not used to longer workouts. I'm going to keep pushing myself till I can complete the whole thing.

    Happy Monday everyone!!

    I didn't do any JM yesterday. My ankle and hip were too sore, and it was painful to walk. I did get outside and did some gardening and such, because I just can't sit idle and do nothing.

    Today, I wrapped my ankle and did 6 Week Six-Pack. I wasn't happy with the scale this morning, because for the first time since I started my journey, I have a gain. It wasn't much ( 0.5lbs) but it was a gain none the less. I'm hoping it's just water retention from the sore ankle and hip. Also, I started doing 6 Week Six-Pack every day as of last week, instead of intermittently while Shred It with Weights was my daily. So, I'm working new muscles... I'll chaulk it up to water for now as I haven't changed my diet, just the workouts.

    Missed yesterday as I was seized up solid after a long, steep hike with my Lily (Doberman) in the morning, part run/part walk.

    I am back in on it tonight though - strangely enough I miss my pike ab moves - does this mean I am starting to enjoy pain :wink:

    5 days to go and that's me done and dusted................ OK, what's next?

    I haven't met up with JM since Wednesday night!!! Thankfully I survived dance competition weekend and can get back to Jillian tonight :) I'm thinking 30 DS Level 2 or 3 tonight. On the up note to not seeing JM for the last few days -I'm no longer sore and my scale showed a 2 lb loss this morning!! Moving in the right direction :)

    Did a good workout on the treadmill today but left my legs a bit sore tonight so having a rest day from shred tonight.... back to it tomorrow! :)

    6 Week Six-Pack and Yoga Meltdown for me today. It's a miracle I even got myself to do them. I did NOT feel like working out today.
