It's Monday! Fresh start day!! So, what exercises are you doing today/ Post what you accomplished.

5 mile run
Burn burn burnity burn.
Over the weekend: SQUAT! we did a big cookout for our church. Hubby and I were up and out of the house at 5:30am to pick up a pig and start cooking it. We got home around 8pm and were exhausted. I had twisted my ankle, so I took Sunday off as an additional day of rest.0
