when i set out to loose the flab in January i weighed 175. I set 2 goals for my self:

1.) be at my pre-pregnancy weight -150 (was a little overweight then too!) by my 30th bday at the end of May

2.) be my wedding weight - 135 (what i thought was "the best shape of my life") by my daughters 1st bday in August

but something funny is happing...i've reached my 150 goal (hooray, moving on) but im fitting into the dresses and pants i wore the summer after i got married.

so this tells me something. my 135 then = my 150 now. i WEIGH MORE but i had less muscle then and muscle takes up less room. I weigh more than i did 2 years ago but i was just skinny...not strong! I'm going to test this theory further by trying on my wedding dress this weekend. i would never do such a thing on a Monday LOL

UPDATE: i DID try on my wedding dress...and it FITS...well, its fits enough to put me in a great mood :) its a very form fitting dress and i had no problems with the hips or waist, but i couldn't zip it up b/c i am bigger in my chest. might change when i loose a few waist inches but im not sure really....i've had a baby since i wore it last and my poor "chest" might never be the same LOL!!!
