    omg, Im so not ready for this lol. The advanced schedule is a little hard on my but I'm actually looking foward to my workouts, I can't wait till I see results. Which one are you doing? and how long did you take last time to lose the weight? I'm getting a little discouraged because the weight is comming off soooo slowww!

    hahah it doesnt seem like it now but eventually you will be ready and WANTING to do more!
    It took me about 5-6 months to lose 40 pounds but i was eating SUPER healthy and always trying new diets and eating clean... thats really the main part of it. you'll get there. : )
