How is everyone doing today? I am working hard to counterbalance the wedding reception my husband and I attended Saturday...best cake ever. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do 
But whatever I do and whatever fumbles I make, I know you guys are here to back me up when I need a little kick in the rear. I've been part of other online weight loss communities before, but nothing like you Fabulous 40 Something Ladies...what a fantastic group.
The dress I wore was 3 sizes smaller. So, from me to you...thanks for all of your tips, tricks, and support.
