Tackling Muscle Soreness

Hey guys! I'm wondering how everyone deals with muscle soreness. It's kind of hard to ice when your whole body is sore! And I'd prefer to use ibuprofen only when absolutely necessary. I work in the food service industry, so I need to be able to move and be active at work while still completing these workouts, which are kicking my *butt* to be sure.

I found the more I move around, the better I am. When I waited tables, I would take a minute and streatch throughout my shift. I have never used ice, maybe a hot bath before bed and then take ibuprofin? I know you don't like to take them, but for me, I get a better night's sleep when I am not waking up in pain every time I move!0

Honestly, the only parts of my body that are sore are my calves and hamstrings. After the cooldown, I spend a few minutes using my foam roller, and I'm good to go:)0

Foam rollers work wonders! Lots of moving, stretching, and water seems to help me. Heavy on the water.0
