I was looking at the SL Excel sheet and my numbers.. Somehow I am way off! I haven't had any stalls or deloads yet..

I credit this with bieng stronger in lower body and so my squat is progressing faster, I think I increase by 10 instead of 5... But because of my rotator cuff issues I've been following the plan (sort of) for OHP and Bench (my gym doesn't have the 1.25 plates).. I have no clue how I got so far behind in my deads though!! My dead should be higher than my squat but my squat is 145 (155 tomorrow) and my Dead is only 135 (should be 190 @ the squat 145 level).. I can definitely deadlift more. I just don't want to impede my progress.. So here is the question..

In an effort to at least catch my dead up, I am considering either jumping by 15 each dead.. or adding a second deadlift day into my routine.. maybe do them with my Monday AND Wednesday lifts..

opinions?

The most important thing to consider when adding weight, esp more than 5 lbs, is: How hard is it now? If it's super easy then 15lbs should be fine, if it takes work then I would stick to 10lb jumps.
