20 lb down!

I started getting in shape for the U.S. Army in September 2011. My first weigh in was at 216 lb with a Body Fat % of 25%. As of this morning I am 20 lb lighter at 196 lb. I haven't calculated out my Body Fat % but yesterday the Recruiting Station weighed and taped me at 25% still (crazy, isn't it...). I DEPed in at 207 lb and 24%. So according to the tape test I'm still fat even though I'm 11 pounds lighter! Crazy, isn't it?!

When I was in the army I had the same trouble, I would loose weight, even loose inches off my waste and hips but body fat index would be the same. Then someone pointed out that my neck was much smaller, so I worked out my neck and was able to pass with flying colors.
