Great classes

So I know I am partial (I work here) but the YMCA of Cass clay offers tons of different fitness classes. I work in the child care dept and what I do is I use my lunch break and go to classes over the noon hour. It has kept me on track as far as my weight, excercise routine, what I eat and how much of it I eat. it has been awesome.

I go to Zumba 3 times a week and Body pump 3 times a week. what classes do you guys use to battle the bulge?
