Cramps on the right abs upon doing moving push ups

Hi! I did cardio power and resistance today and I felt the same cramp again on the same area. It happened Friday and Saturday last week. The pain was so intense, I have to stop, tried to continue but I cant. I tried to finish through, at the end the pain was lesser and went away after 30 mins. Next day, it happened again. And I noticed it whenever I do moving pushups or floor drills. I rested Sunday, then today I felt it again after doing moving push ups. I know I don't have the right form (my 4th week) coz I wanted to get through the exercise or drill, but I tried to do it correctly, its just kinda hard for me at my level. I want the cramps to go away coz it really affects me finishing the workout.

Are you holding your breath while doing the floor work? I used to get cramps like that, and then it was pointed out that I was holding my breath. When I started breathing, I no longer got the cramps.0

It could be something minor or something that can get serious.. It could be prob muscle fatigue or also it could be like an ACTUAL health problem.. Idk like bladder infection or kidney stones or apendix problems.. just sayin u never know def. monitor it.. and if it keeps happening over and over I say go give the Dr. a visit. Always listen to your body.. cuz I def. learned that the hard way this wk.. and now I have to take a whole few days off from Insanity.. But I start day 19 Monday0

How about squat push up or just do knee push up? If it does not bother you then do that instead.
Instead of 10 bad form move, it's better to just do 1 correct one.
I do hop you don't get any medical problem.
Sore is OK but if you have pain then you should stop.0 -
thank you guys! I didthe cardio power/resistance again but this time I tried to be careful. I rested and even though I know I can push some more I preferred to be cautious and I didn't have it. Also, I am not breathing right before, now, still needs improvement on breathing. I'm okay with squat push ups, just the moving push ups/floor sprints. Yeah, maybe I'll just do that instead of that.0
