Hi
I'm new too. 45 in December, from rural Australia.
I've been trying to lose weight since the end of January, and using this fanastic app for 2 weeks. I'm really impressed with it.
I have lost 10 pounds over 14 weeks - not much, despite all my efforts, it is slow for me. Anyway I've still been feeling pretty good, much better with the 10 pounds off and even had a nice time clothes shopping this afternoon! Was feeling pretty thin.
I was sitting on a chair just now and looked down and saw my stomach bulging out and got really really down in the dumps. I just wanted to eat! (I didn't.) Does anyone else fine it is such a fine line between feeling good and going downhill?
Looking forward to staying in touch with this group - I think you guys are likely to understand BUSY like the younger (if without kids) and the older (if retired) so I am excited about connecting with everyone in this group

Hi Jeeni,
I totally get it....I have lost about 15 pounds and have10-15 more to go but I have a huge stomach (3 kids) and I don't know if I will lose it even if I lose that weight. We just have to work at it, and maybe try different types of workouts. Good Luck and don't be so down on yourself...just be persistant and know that you can do it!!!!0
