Challenge: Jumping jacks! Scissors! Leg lifts! Knee-highs as fast as you can! Jogging in place for 1 minute...if you are short on time and don't have equipmetn you can do this today! You can also add this to your routine. If you time self and do for one minute each and go all out without stopping you will see you get the heart rate up.

    Its amazing how those calistenics burn calories! I hate jumping jacks so I know their good for me lol!
