Week 5 day 3

Hey hey girls! Thought I would start off our topic for today, hope you dont mind!

Well let me tell you that today my arm feels a lot better so I am going to attempt and do a workout today and see how that goes! I know you all know that I am doing this whole no scale for May but I feel it isnt going the way I planned. I feel like I have gained weight and I feel like I am eating more because I know I will not be steping on the scale the next day! I am starting to think that maybe my daily weigh ins were not so bad after all!

Anyhow, I am working on my water intake, and so far I have 2 fruits in for the day! Now I just need to get the veggies in and the workout in and will be good!

How is everyone else doing?

    Hey, take it easy.. don't want you to hurt yourself again. Glad to hear it is feeling a lot better though. I use to weigh in every day because it would help me see where I was at and help stay on track. Some how I just lost the interest to weigh daily lol.. a good thing I guess. Do what works for you!

    My day is going great so far. I'm working on my water for the day, I will have my first fruit here in a bit and plan to have another later in the day. Have not had my veggies =/ Gotta fit them in there somewhere lol. I just got my workout over with, Thank God!

    I've been working on my will power to temptations and taking it a day at a time and so far I'm am doing really well so I'm soo hoping and praying that I see a loss at weigh in. Keeping my fingers crossed. Well have a great day everyone, keep up all the hard work :)

    Great job on your work out~ and i know about the veggies.......I tend to have a hard time with that as well!

    I'm also not doing good with fruits and veggies. I usually stay under my calorie goal but I know I need some fruits and veggies too. I definately need to work on that this week. Everything else is going great though!

    Great job!!! I am looking forward to possibly working out tonight. Hope my arm behaves!!!
