I just joined Fitness Pal after having my son 6-weeks ago. I worked out throughout my pregnancy and even did a 4 mile race 4 days before my due date. Before finding out I was pregnant I had lost 50 pounds and still need to lose about another 70 pounds. After having my son I am down 22 pounds below my pre-pregnancy weight and want to make sure I keep that off and continue to lose weight to reach my goal weight.
