UGH it isn't tomorrow, I just had wishful thinking that today was Friday
Hey everybody sorry this is so last minute but if you are around, my company The Virginia Spine Institute and SRF(spinal research foundation) are hosting our annual 5K race and a walk as well, on Saturday. It's a lot of fun and their is a lot of information and activities, great for kids as well!! It's a good sized event, last year we had over 500 people there.
