so its day 19 of the shred for me and yesterday i began to notice that my bust size (like cupp area) feels smaller, did any of you expereince that, plus my bust measurements have gone down approx 2 inches

    Same here. Of course I have lots to lose on thighs and rear, but my boobs are the first to go! Ugghhhh!

    I've lost some... but I'm large and could use a little shrinkage lol. Overall though, with everything else shrinking, they appear larger in comparison :)) I think it's a great trade off.
