Is anyone else doing this workout? Or have done it in the past?
Since I've changed from doing it a few times a week, to everyday (as of last week, so getting on two weeks now), I'm sometimes experiencing spasms or something in my stomach. I'm hoping it's just my abs getting used to being worked, but it's really uncomfortable and sometimes painful. I can deal with sore, but the few times I've had the spasms is really uncomfortable.

Hmmm...I'd definitely take a day off, or more, from ab work. I haven't done this DVD but I have had sore abs. Rest is good for your muscles. Drink lots of water as I think muscle spasms and pain can be related to dehydration (if it's not an injury or overexertion) . If it doesn't feel better after a couple of days, talk to your doc. As far as I know, and I could be completely wrong here, we are NOT supposed to work our abs everyday. Three times a week should suffice0

The video is not solely an ab workout. There's cardio, and it works your back, legs, biceps, triceps, shoulders and chest too. I agree with not working the same muscle groups daily, but I thought that was more for strength training with heavier weights? All the same, I don't see how it's any different than many of her other videos.
I took yesterday off from 6 Week Six-Pack and did a different DVD. I'm trying to make today a rest day, but I'm itching to do a workout lol. Back to 6 Week Six-Pack tomorrow. I'm not dehydrated, so I guess it was the muscles adjusting. Hopefully tomorrow goes much better
