    Level 3, Day 2 for me on 30DS. I was huffing & puffing but I did it. Whew! Now a day of shopping with my sis-in-law! Happy Saturday all!

    I took a break from 6W6P today, and went back to Shred It. I figured my core needs a little break (though Jillian still works core in Shred It lol). Maybe the break will relax my abs a little and I won't get the cramping/spasms.

    Didn't check in yesterday, but I did the full NMTZ.

    Today I did a charity walk, so nothing Jillian related. Tomorrow I'm being lazy as a present to myself on mothers day, although I'll probably work something in since we're eating yummy, and decadent, BBQ.

    NMTZ for today. Boy was it ROUGH. I felt like puking through most of the workout but I pushed through it. I've been horrible with my diet this week so at the very least I need to burn off all the calories I eat. Can't wait for finals to be over so I can go back to my normal routine.
