2 min... at 1:50 I want to quit so bad, but I held out for 10 sec more... I use a countdown timer and set it to 2 min, I like the idea of having the countdown as opposed to the count up of a stopwatch... makes it more goal oriented to me...0

not sure why my replies were not added.. I put my planks in my notes.. for Nurses Day I planked 1 min 42 sec! Yeah!0
