My name is Jenny (obvious) from my username
I have been using the app for my fitness pal for a little over a week, not bad so far.
I have ironically put on weight rather than lose which surprised me a lot because even befre using this app I made many changes to my eating habits such as eating a LOT more fruits and veggies, less meat and I was never a major fan of carbs. My weakness is sugar and I have decreased that as well. But I have instead put on 3lbs! I can't figure that out at all :/
But hopefully that will change soon?

    Try adding a lot of water too! I also found that eating smaller and more frequent meals helped too. WELCOME!
