    I'm actually in Week 4 Day 1 of the program, I'm getting stronger for sure! Looking forward to the Exhaustion Test at the end of this week!

    I realize I was supposed to go for 15 but my arms just couldn't handle it.

    But I def feel stronger this week :) I am looking forward to seeing how my body physically transforms over the next few weeks. I'm hoping to see some muscle tone in my arms/back.

    I'm using the iPhone app so I think those are the right numbers. It was 6am when I did it so still half asleep ;)

    Phew, they were tough. I did it in front of a mirror to check my form and it was a killer workout to make sure I stayed straight as a board.

    I'm not sure how 30 happened... I won't be surprised if I plateau... can you plateau with push ups?
