Awesome run!!!
I took it slow. Did 60 minutes at 3.5 mph. Nothing fancy, no hills, still aching behind the knee, but I can't just sit anymore.0 -
It was my "long run" day for the week. Nothing but 3 milers for the next few days. Then I'm supposed to hit 7 next week *gulp*0
