Hey ladies..
Below is this week challenge..also I will also post a goal for myself..
1. 30pushups daily, 110 crunches daily
2. 1 fruit, 2veggies everyday
3. 10 cups a water daily
4. Lose 1-2 lbs or 4" by week 7
Personal Goal:
1. lose 4lbs by week 7
2. NO BREAD for 1 MONTH
3. sTAY positive
4. Workout 6 times this week

Pretty good goals for this week! Honestly they are not hard goals! The hard part is actually getting off my lazy butt to accomplish them!

I would also like to add: workout daily for at least 30 min, no more excuses, and cut down on my crab intake!
