Gluten and Sinuses

Anyone get chronic sinus infections from eating Gluten (or dairy)?

    My son had chronic strep. Different infection, same principle. His body was so overwhelmed with gluten and dairy it couldn't effectively fight infection.

    I used to all the time but since giving up both dairy and gluten I am so much better. What a treat.

    I am just starting to look into the problems I've been experiencing and how eliminating gluten may help. I've experienced sinus problems for 5+ years. Had skin allergy testing, even went as far as sinus surgery. I would be absolutely thrilled to find that eliminating gluten (or at least reducing it) would help with that, along with digestion and fatigue issues I"ve been having!
