Finding how many calories...

My 3rd son is 5 months old, and exclusively bfing. I have not lost weight the last 3 weeks in a row despite trying. I am doing WW which has me eating 46 points which is about 2100 calories. I feel like it's too much? I run long distance, but not everyday. I should be seeing some loss...discouraged & confused!! ps I am about 60 lbs over weight. So I am not at a good weight.
Any advice, thank you!

I'm also breastfeeding. My baby is going to be 4 mths in a few more days. I've been doing WW too but I'm doing their old WW points system on my own because I find that PointsPlus is too much calories. I've been losing weight each week now. Some weeks I lose more than others but at least it's consistent.0

I am in the same boat. My husband keeps saying he can tell I am losing weight but the scale won't budge. My baby is 8 months old and my weight loss stalled about 3 weeks ago, going on 4. I am eating healthy, working out, and exclusively breastfeeding.... I saw a post on here about adding calories to lose weight. I have been adding calories for a few days now in hopes of weight loss..... I also need to lose about 60-70 pounds. It's frustrating but I am chugging through it hoping it just a plateau and will give any time now. I have changed my workout routine as well in hopes of shocking my body....0

I'm also EBF, and my baby is 4 months. I have around 14lbs to lose but struggling with the weight loss......it just won't budge! I am netting calories of around 1500 and that's also eating back my 500 from breastfeeding, and some of my exercise calories. It's so frustrating0
