Hi, I'm new-ish to the forum. I'm transgendered (MtF), but not on hormones yet. I had a couple questions for anyone that would like to answer.
I'm trying to get to a manageable weight level for when I eventually go on hormones (which should be in late fall). For a man, my highest weight limit on average should be 165, and I'm currently in the 170's. I know I can easily hit that by fall, but how much weight would be good to lose before going on hormones? Should I go to the very minimum weight limit for a male?
