5Day Inferno?

What kind of results have you all seen from following the 5 Day Inferno plan? I am on day two now. I had to make several substitutions yesterday because of my quick decision to do it but ended the day about 150 cals over the plan but still with a massive deficit. Today is starting out strong. I'm not as hungry as I thought I would be. I guess that's because The food I'm eating has a lot of mass, just not a lot of bulk or calories. Once I get through the planning, rationing, and restrictions, is it really going to be worth it? Or will I gain the weight right back by going back to my more normal routine of exercise and 1500-1700 cal plan?

    I think it is fine to do 1200 calories for only 5 days. Your metabolism shouldn't be damaged in such a short period of time. Keep in mind you are burning muscle away along with fat, as well as losing lots of water. Personally I would stick to eating more/keeping my muscle mass up/ and still weighing less even if it takes longer :)
