I have at least 5 pounds to go until I can really start doing this, but I'm interested in beginning waist training. Does anyone here do it, and if so, do you have any tips / info / resources you can help me with? Thanks, and have a great day!

I don't do any waist training yet, but maybe when I reach my goal weight. Right now I only corset for cons and costuming.0
