I have a beautiful gown for my Vegas trip. It's backless, and there is no way you can wear a bra with it.
It has molded cups, but I would like to have alittle extra something. What type of sew in pads should I have the seanstress put in?
Also would I have to buy them first or will she have them available.?
TIA

The seamstress will have them and she should tell you what kind to use as it will depend on the strength of the fabric, the cut of the gown, etc. If more than one kind will work she will let you know. She should have them there and tuck them into place as part of your fitting so you can feel/see what they will be like.0

It looks like you have some strap so if you need a little extra support this could work
or this
or this, but this gives you no lift just stops them from popping out

I had some of these for Vegas a few years ago (from Victoria's Secret), and they actually did give me some lift as well as some *ahem* padding. They felt kind of creepy, though... something about sticky things on my boobs just seemed wrong. :laugh:0 -
Hahaha...they do look weird
Well the good news is I went to the seamstress this week, and she said I didn't need any bra or padding. :happy:0
