New here... trying to go GF!

Hey everyone! I'm 23 years old from Alabama. I just started going GF over the past few days. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism and have been TTC for almost 3 years with no luck. I've heard lots of good things about going GF for PCOS so I'm really hoping it helps relieve some of my symptoms. I have been a little overwhelmed by going GF but pinterest has been super helpful in finding new recipes! Looking forward to getting to know y'all and hear any advice you may have for me! I need some friends on MFP too so feel free to add me!

i will add you i have been GF for almost a year now, was so relieved when finally diagnosed. i dont know much about PCOS, but i might be able to help with food ideas or whatever 0
